Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not make a booking via our website. These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of Greece, and in the event of any dispute under this contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
1. Service and Contract Formation
1. 1 Transfer4Greece acts as an agent providing transport services and the contract for the provision of the transportation service is between you and Transfer4Greece
1. 2 By booking a service from our website, you are entering into a contract with Transfer4Greece and you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.
1. 3 When your submit your request for service, your reservation details are sent to us and only when we accept your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you and the contract between you and Transfer4Greece is formed.
1. 4 Completing your booking with Transfer4Greece and receiving your confirmation mail concerning your reservation, you agree with our terms & conditions.
2. Liability
2. 1 To the best of our knowledge all service providers featured on this website are fully licensed and insured to the rules governed by Greece. We strongly recommend as with any form of travel that the customer takes out adequate travel insurance.
2. 2 Transfer4Greece will not be responsible for any losses accrued (including for example any missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.
2. 3 In agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that Transfer4Greece will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the transfer if this will not reported within 1 hour after your transportation service.
2. 4 Please make sure that you complete the passenger’s names correctly. We will not be held responsible if the information provided is incorrect or insufficient. Please make sure that you complete correctly your phone number, including the international code. This number is required, in case of a need of an urgent contact with you after your booking. You will also need to have this phone activated when you arrive at the pickup point, so our driver may need to contact you.
3. Availability of Service
3. 1 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. In the event that we are unable to accept your booking request we will send an email to advise you of any alternative that may be offered.
3. 2 All information given on the website is convenient and correct at the time of entering texts. Transfer4Greece will not be responsible for any other inaccuracies due to out of date information which may have not been pointed out to us.
3. 3 Vehicle model and type indicated in the reservation confirmation and on this web site are for description of the type of service. In rare cases the Transfer4Greece may need to arrange a replacement vehicle should this be necessary in order to provide the transportation service. For example in the case that the vehicle booked is delayed in traffic or diversion a suitable replacement will be provided of equal or greater cost of service value. We do not guarantee that the exact model or type of vehicle specified in your confirmation email will be used for the service.
4. Payments
4. 1 All payments are in Euros. No payment will be taken at the time of booking.
4. 2 You confirm that you will pay to the driver the cost of your transportation according to your voucher confirmation which had been sent to you via mail, when you arrive at the airport/port and before you board to the vehicle.
4. 3 Pre-payments via bank transfer are available on request, just ask for our bank account.
5. Cancellations
5. 1 You will not be charged for cancellations only that been cancelled within 48 hours before the booked transfer pick up time. After this period you will need to contact us directly in order to make changes or to cancel your reservation. Your service provider terms and conditions will apply. We will not charge you for cancellations, no show passengers or for any changes to your reservation.
5. 2 Waiting period
a) Pick up from airports and cruise ports: 60 minutes from the flight or cruise actual arrival time.
b) Pick up from any other point: 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time.
5. 3 Any changes to your reservation must be sent to us in writing via e-mail 24 hours prior to the date of travel without any charge.
5. 4 We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address provided in case of any reason your booking has to be cancelled.
6. Child seats
As per the EU directive 2003/20/EC the following applies:
6. 1 Children must use the correct child seat until they are 135cm tall or aged 12 (whichever they reach first). They then must wear an adult seatbelt. It is the driver's responsibility to see that children are fastened correctly. However, there is an exception for licensed vehicles, which can still carry children even if the correct child seat is not available.

7. Excess Luggages
7. 1 Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that our vehicles can accommodate you. The passenger (you) will be responsible for all expenses could apply with additional vehicles would be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.
8. Force Majeure
8. 1 Transfer4Greece cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations of services due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider’s control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and take the security of our client’s information very seriously. In order to process your booking we need to collect certain personal details from you and we may share that information with other third party involved. We will provide only the information necessary to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. We will not however pass any information on to any company and/or organization that is not responsible for providing any part of your travel arrangements.
We have appropriate security measures in place to protect the personal details you give us.
We will retain your information for as long as the purpose for which it was collected continues. It will then be destroyed although copies may be retained if required to satisfy our legal, regulatory or accounting requirements. By law, you are entitled to a copy of the personal information we hold on you. You may make a request from us to change or modify your information at any time. Further if you are aware at any time that any of the information that you have given us had been changed, please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
