What do I do if I lose something on the transfer?

If you leave property in a transfer vehicle on arrival, please call the emergency number provided on your booking confirmation. Any expense incurred in recovering your lost property is entirely your responsibility and you should contact with us in the next 1 hour after your arriving at the destination. If you have left items behind on your return transfer, on your return home please email us or call us and we will be able to advise you should the item of property has been located. If we find your item, we can send it by courier with your charge. Transfer4Greece regrets that we cannot be held responsible for items left on our vehicles that cannot be found.

How do I get my pick-up time for the departure Transfer?

We sent you the departure pickup time at the moment of the booking. If you make your departure booking at later date, we will inform you about the departure time via mail or by fax at your accommodation or we can call you at your contact number given from you at the time of arrival booking. After we send you your departure time, It is possible to change it if you want earlier pickup time, but never later than the departure time given to you.

Do I need to take any paperwork with me when I travel?

It’s essential that you take your booking confirmation with you on your transfer. You must give the booking confirmation to the driver or to our representative before you board as proof of purchase for legal reasons.

How do I know my booking was successful?

After your booking request, you will receive an email booking confirmation including your booking reference number. This mail will also include all the instructions details about what to do on arrival. If for any reason will not receive any email in 24 hours after your booking request, please check your email address and your spam folder or contact with us.

How do I find the person who picks me up?

The person picking you up will be holding a sign with your name on it. Do not leave the airport except with the person who is picking you up. You will be given a contact phone number via mail in case there are any problems.

Do I need any card for my payment or for my booking confirmation?

All payments are made in cash, directly to your driver at the time of arrival. No credit card needed for any reason.

I would like to book my return as well. Can I?

Yes of course. You can book your return also at the same time as you book your arrival transfer or at a later date by contacting us.

I would like to be transported to a location that is not displayed as a destination

Simply e-mail us your destination or your hotel name. We will respond to you in 24 hours.

I`ve just completed my reservation form, do I need to do anything else?

We will send you a confirmation email for your reservation. Please check this carefully and let us know if any details are incorrect. Please let us know all the necessary details like flight number, contact details etc.

How can I make a reservation?

The easiest way to make a reservation is via the secure online booking form. We will need the following information:

1. Date of travel
2. Your pick-up and drop-off point (airport, hotel, office or private address)
3. Pick up time
4. Your flight details (for airport pick up)
5. Number of people traveling
6. Luggage (small, medium, large)
7. Mobile phone number
8. Any specific requirements (e.g. child seat, assisted travel)

Do I have to tip the driver?

Tips are not compulsory, however if you are happy with the service and would like to tip the driver, the amount of the tip should be according to the level of service. Whether you decide to tip the driver or not is entirely up to you.

Are there any extra charges

The prices you see are the prices you pay, there are no hidden extras charges. Our fares are fixed, all inclusive and are not affected by traffic jams or diversions.

What is the difference between Shuttle and Private transfer?

Shuttle (shared) transfer is a service with two or more stops to your chosen destination point. The shuttle service is usually shared with other passengers, not of your party and the price is usually per passenger.
Private Transfer service is for you (your party) only and prices for private transfers are per vehicle, not per passenger.

Is the price per person or per vehicle

The prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person.

Do you provide child seats

Child seats are available at most destinations with extra charge, please see our pricelist. You should specify at the booking time the age of your child when requesting a child seat.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs, immigration and baggage claim?

The driver will wait for you 60 minutes after your flight landed. In case of any delay in customs, immigration baggage or lost luggage you must call the contact number to ensure that your driver will wait for you.

Can I cancel or make changes to my reservation

You can cancel or make changes to your reservation 48 hours before your arrival time via mail without any charge.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. In the case that your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of your flight.

What if I can’t find my driver

If you can’t locate your driver, you can call the contact number provided to you via mail o couple of days before your arrival.

Where will I meet the driver at the airport?

At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. More details about the exact meeting point will be sent to you via email, a couple of days before your arrival.
